J&K govt defers upcoming Darbar Move from Jammu to Srinagar in view of COVID-19

In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the UT government today deferred the upcoming Darbar Move from Jammu to Srinagar in view of sharp rise in COVID-19 infections for the safety of the employees. It was announced by the Office of Lieutenant Governor on its official Twitter handle.

However, the civil secretariat will function simultaneously both in Srinagar and Jammu in an equitable manner. The files will move electronically between both the secretariats in eOffice.
