Maharashtra COVID-19 recovery rate stands at 94.14 per cent

With 3940 new cases, Maharashtra’s total caseload of coronavirus patients has increased to 18,92,707. According to the state’s public health department, 3111 patients were discharged today, taking the number of total recoveries to 17,81,841. With 74 fatalities, the death toll has risen to 48,648. The number of active cases in Maharashtra stands at 61,095.

Maharashtra’s recovery rate stands at 94.14 percent while the case fatality rate is 2.57 percent.

Mumbai reported 632 new cases today, taking the total number of COVID-19 patients to 2,86,264. The city recorded 10 deaths, taking the toll to 10,980 while 2,66,712 patients have recovered so far. The number of active cases in the city stands at 7725.
