Kaneez Fatima Owaisi, a barrister and daughter of Akbaruddin Owaisi, married Dr Ibrahim Murtaza in London on August 20, 2026. The wedding reportedly brought together several prominent guests, including Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, whose arrival at the venue was captured in videos that later circulated widely online.
The presence of political figures and the overseas location of the ceremony quickly made the wedding a talking point, particularly among social media users in Hyderabad and Telangana.
Why Is Akbaruddin Owaisi Facing Criticism?
