An explosion at Afghan President Ashraf Ghani’s campaign rally in Charikar city on Tuesday killed 24 people, media reports said. According to TOLO News, over 30 people were also injured in the incident in Parwan province. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.-IANS news
