Delhi: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday launched a strong counterattack against opposition parties Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), rejecting their allegations of “high-handedness” by the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the upcoming Zila Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections scheduled for December 14.
