Patna: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari on Friday criticized the Mahagathbandhan over its internal disagreements on seat sharing while expressing confidence in the NDA ahead of the Bihar assembly elections.

Speaking to reporters, Tiwari said, “Where hearts haven’t even met among themselves, there’s just a craving to somehow stay in power, that’s exactly what happens as is happening in the Mahagathbandhan. The NDA has already finalised the seat sharing a long time ago and after that today is the last day for our nominations. The big people who used to make tall claims have fled the field. We can’t even see P.K. (Prashant Kishor). The sentiment of Bihar is with the NDA.”

Commenting on the RJD’s decision to field Bhojpuri actor Khesari Lal Yadav from the Chapra assembly seat, he said, “Youth and artists should come into politics. But after coming, being able to serve will be a challenge for them, best wishes for how they will be able to do it.”
