Amravati: Congress MP Balwant Wankhade on Saturday responded to former BJP MP Navneet Kaur Rana’s recent accusations against Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, who she alleged was involved in “vote chori” during elections.
Wankhade stated, “All her documents came out, and after the documents were revealed, she made allegations about the elections. After repeatedly accusing the elections, BJP members kept responding to her. So, when Rahul Gandhi spoke, what he said was true and he proved it.”
The Congress MP’s remarks come amid a heated political exchange in Amravati, following Rana’s claims. Wankhede defended Rahul Gandhi’s position, emphasizing the authenticity of his statements and dismissing the accusations as baseless and politically motivated.
