Yogi Adityanath Leads Pran Pratishtha Ceremony at Ram Mandir on His 53rd Birthday

Ayodhya: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday presided over the concluding Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the grand Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The rituals, held on the final day of the three-day celebration that began on June 3, started at 11 a.m. and lasted for about 45 to 50 minutes, featuring Vedic chants and traditional ceremonies.

Coinciding with his 53rd birthday, Yogi Adityanath performed the aarti of Ram Lalla on the ground floor of the temple. After completing rituals in the sanctum sanctorum, he proceeded to the first floor for the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Darbar and continued the ceremonial rites there.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Anil Mishra, member of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust, and his wife Usha Mishra. Trust member Govind Dev Giri felicitated Yogi Adityanath during the occasion. After the rituals, the Chief Minister greeted invited guests and trust members before exiting the temple’s upper floor.

Earlier in the day, Yogi Adityanath offered prayers at the revered Hanuman Garhi Mandir in Ayodhya as part of his scheduled visit for the ceremony. Expressing his emotions, the Chief Minister also shared a post on X, stating his gratitude for being part of the sacred Pran Pratishtha at the Ram Mandir.
