In a significant move, the Indian government has officially banned former Pakistan cricket captain Shahid Afridi, just two days after prohibiting several Pakistani channels from operating in the country. The 47-year-old has faced intense scrutiny for his controversial remarks against the Indian Army following the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 Indian tourists.
