Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again received a death threat, with a message warning of plans to kill the actor at his residence and blow up his car. The threat, reportedly sent via WhatsApp, was received by the Mumbai Traffic Police helpline number early on Monday morning.
The threatening message stated that the sender would enter Khan’s residence, Galaxy Apartments, located in Mumbai’s Bandra, and carry out the attack. This alarming threat comes a year after an incident in which shooters linked to the Bishnoi gang fired shots outside the actor’s home, prompting a significant increase in his security.
This marks the fifth such death threat Salman Khan has received in the past two years, underscoring ongoing concerns regarding his safety. In response, Mumbai Police have filed a complaint and are currently investigating the matter. Authorities are reportedly working to trace the source of the message, with a particular focus on identifying the person or group responsible for the threat.
