BJP Leader Gaurav Bhatia Slams AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal Over Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana, Labels Him ‘Anti-Hindu’

Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Gaurav Bhatia launched a fierce attack on Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of being “anti-Hindu” and “anti-development” over his recent promise under the Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana. Bhatia’s comments came in response to Kejriwal’s announcement to provide financial assistance of Rs 18,000 to Pujaris and Granthis in Delhi.

Bhatia criticized Kejriwal’s move as a political gimmick ahead of the Delhi assembly elections, claiming that the AAP leader is trying to make fake promises to gain favor with the voters. “Anti-Hindu Kejriwal is now making new promises ahead of the upcoming Delhi assembly elections. Why is it happening? It is because Kejriwal knows that the false promises he has made have not been fulfilled and his career is going to get over,” Bhatia said.

The BJP leader also questioned Kejriwal’s credibility, citing his past actions regarding liquor shops. “When Kejriwal promises to give Rs 18,000 to Pujaris and Granthis, a question arises in my mind—why was AAP involved with liquor mafias and giving contracts to open liquor shops outside temples and gurudwaras? Kejriwal made liquor shops outside all the places that we consider auspicious,” Bhatia remarked.

Bhatia further criticized Kejriwal’s governance and suggested that the Delhi Chief Minister should learn from the BJP’s model of transparency. “Kejriwal is anti-development. He must learn from the BJP. We give our report card to people in the state that is to hold assembly elections. He cannot even answer journalists,” Bhatia added, intensifying his attack on the AAP leader’s leadership and promises.
