1. Medical Treatment:

2. Marriage:

  • 50% of the total deposited amount (including interest) can be withdrawn for self, siblings, or children’s weddings.

3. Education:

  • Employees with at least seven years of service can withdraw funds for higher education expenses.
  • 50% of the total deposited amount can be withdrawn for self or children’s education.

4. House and Land Purchase/Construction:

  • Funds can be withdrawn for buying land or constructing a house, subject to five years of service.
  • For land purchase, up to 24 times the basic salary and dearness allowance per month can be withdrawn.
  • For house purchase, funds equivalent to 36% of the basic salary can be withdrawn, provided the property is in the name of the employee or their spouse.

5. Repayment of Home Loan:

  • Employees with a minimum service period of ten years can withdraw funds for home loan repayment.
  • Up to 36% of the basic salary along with dearness allowance can be withdrawn for this purpose.

6. Home Repair:

  • Employees who have completed five years of service are eligible to withdraw funds for home repair.
  • An amount equivalent to 12 times the salary along with dearness allowance can be withdrawn.

7. Retirement (After 58 Years):

  • Upon reaching 58 years of age, employees can withdraw up to 90% of the total accumulated amount in their PF account.
