Following an FIR filed against him by Maxtern, Elvish issued an apology for his violent actions, shedding light on the events that led to the altercation.

Taking to his official X account on Saturday, Elvish Yadav alleged that Maxtern had made threats to burn him and his family alive, which incited his extreme reaction. In a video statement, Elvish expressed regret for his actions, acknowledging that he may have gone too far in his retaliation.

Addressing Maxtern’s accusations that he attempted to break his spine, Elvish clarified that he had only struck him twice on the back and had no intention of causing serious harm. He also claimed that he attempted to reconcile with Maxtern after the incident but was met with non-cooperation.

However, Elvish’s actions have landed him in legal trouble, as Gurugram Police have filed an FIR against him under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including assault and criminal intimidation.

In response to the FIR, Maxtern released a video on Friday, expressing disappointment that only ‘bailable’ charges were pressed against Elvish despite evidence of attempted murder. He accused Elvish of issuing death threats openly and questioned the authorities’ response.

The video showing the altercation between Elvish and Maxtern depicts a violent scene, with Elvish and his associates physically assaulting Maxtern and hurling abuses at him. The incident reportedly stemmed from Maxtern’s criticism of Elvish’s association with comedian Munawar Faruqui, sparking a heated exchange between the two YouTubers.
