Why hold a road show in Mumbai if you want investments in Uttar Pradesh? Who will invest in the state of Yogi Adityanath who is engaged in communal politics? asks MPCC president Nana Patole.

Mumbai: Maharashtra is the most progressive state in the country and Mumbai is a city of international standards. It is the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) conspiracy to bring down the importance of Mumbai and Maharashtra and so after sending investments to Gujarat, it has now hatched another cunning plan to send investments from Maharashtra to the BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh, remarked Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) President Nana Patole here on Thursday.

The MPCC president further alleged that the ED government in Maharashtra is working on the instructions of the central government and as a part of it, the ED government is laying the red carpet for Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the name of investment.

Speaking in this regard, Nana Patole said that law and order in Uttar Pradesh is very bad. Yogi Adityanath’s government is razing the homes of the poor and common man by running bulldozers in the absence of the court and a judge. Women, minorities, Dalit community are not safe in Yogi’s state, they are living in fear.

Yogi Adityanath practices the politics of religious polarization and which businessman would dare to invest in a state where politics is done and the government is run in the name of religion? But with the help of the ED government in Maharashtra, efforts are being made to increase investment in Uttar Pradesh.

It is believed that the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government was overthrown and the ED government was brought in only to increase investment in the BJP-ruled states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and to reduce the importance of Maharashtra.

Yogi Adityanath has an eye on the film industry in Mumbai. Even earlier, many attempts were made by BJP to take this industry to Uttar Pradesh. During the MVA government, many producers, actors and actresses were defamed and pressured. An attempt was made to create an image that the film industry in Mumbai is a den of drug addicts. Now once again there is an attempt to take the film industry to Uttar Pradesh and the Khoke government in the state is helping them.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath claims that he has come to Mumbai to appeal to industrialists to increase investment in Uttar Pradesh. So, what is the need to do a road show in Mumbai for investment? Which industrialists are going to stand on the road and meet him? Nana Patole also said that BJP’s agenda is to reduce the importance of Mumbai and Maharashtra only in the name of investment and it is unfortunate that Maharashtra’s khoke government has started working for other states.
