Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay on Wednesday announced that cases registered against protesting farmers and teachers during the previous DMK government would be withdrawn.
Vijay accused the former government led by MK Stalin of treating democratic protesters in an “inhuman” manner.
