Mumbai: In a sharp retort to Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena’s Member of Rajya Sabha, Amit Satam, Bharatiya Janata Party legislator said that Mumbai is not a private property of Raut.
After writing a letter to Vice President on how the BJP government at the Center is misusing central agencies against him, Sanjay Raut while speaking with media at Delhi had said that even we can enter forcefully in houses of BJP leaders.
Criticising this statement of Raut, BJP MLA from Mumbai Amit Satam said that Mumbai is not the private property of Sanjay Raut or gifted to him by anyone. “Sanjay Raut, in Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government, your role is of just messenger and nothing else,” said Satam.
Amit Satam further slams Raut and said, ”Shiv Sena is targeting Kirit Somaiya only and only because he is exposing their corruption and bringing out the real face of Shiv Sena in public.” Satan alleged that Sanjay Raut is making such heated statements because his close associate Pravin Raut has been arrested recently by agencies.
Talking about the recent incident where BJP Leader Kirit Somaiya was heckled by Shiv Sena party workers in Pune, Amit Satam said that doing such things or vandalism is not our culture. Satam challenged Sanjay Raut to keep administration and police aside and come to have one on one fight.
