In a review meeting Chief Minister said that SMS formula is very important to stop the spread of Corona and strict adherence to it is a must. SMS means the spread of corona can be stopped by using S for Soap or Sanitizer, M for Mask and S for social distancing. He said that people should be more vigilant in view of the festive season. He expressed satisfaction over 1.5 crore covid tests in the state which is highest in the country. Meanwhile on the second consecutive day the new covid cases in the state were found less than 2000. Yesterday 1989 new cases surfaced and 2390 people were discharged after full recovery. State currently has 23323 active covid cases and 7051 people have lost their lives due to the deadly virus in the state.
