Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has congratulated West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on her party’s victory in West Bengal assembly elections. In a tweet, Mr. Singh extended his best wishes for her next tenure. He also congratulated Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan on his party’s victory in Kerala Assembly elections. The Minister also extended his best wishes to DMK leader MK Stalin on his party’s victory in Tamil Nadu assembly elections.
Dr Singh said the pro-people policies of Centre and the Assam government under Sarbananda Sonowal have once again helped the BJP in winning assembly elections in Assam. He congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr. Sonowal, and party workers for BJP’s impressive victory in Assam.
