Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) recently raided Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal and film producer Firoz Nadiawala house in drug case, and now comedian Bharti Singh residence is also getting searched. Sources said that the house is being searched in presence of independent witnesses.
This is the latest among a series of searches conducted by the NCB headed by its Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede which is investigating a drug case linked to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The NCB had earlier questioned Rampal and his partner Gabriella Demetriades.

“I have nothing to do with drugs. I have prescription for the medicine which was found at my residence and the prescription has been handed over to NCB officials,” Rampal told reporters.
Rampal, 47, had been summoned in the case related to alleged drug use in the Hindi film industry, the NCB official said.
His friend Paul Bartel, a foreign national, was arrested on Thursday following interrogation, the official added.
The NCB summoned Rampal and his partner Demetriades after conducting a search at the actor’s residence in suburban.
