Maharashtra got its new ministers on Tuesday after the sworn in ceremony. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was running a government with his allies Devendra Fadnavis for months.
Eighteen ministers, comprising nine from the BJP and from the Shinde camp, are inducted into the cabinet. The next round of expansion would take place at a later date.
