“Big thanks to the Mahakumbh Mela Administration, Prayagraj Administration, UP Police, Municipal Corporation Prayagraj, Swachhagrahis, Ganga Sevadoots, Kumbh Sahayaks, religious-social organizations, volunteers, and media representatives. The successful commencement of this first bathing festival would not have been possible without the collaboration of various Central and State government departments,” he added in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The Mahakumbh Mela is one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, and the event is expected to continue with grand religious and cultural activities, drawing millions of pilgrims and tourists from across the globe.
