More than 82.65 Crore vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said, Over 26 thousand new cases were detected in the last 24 hours. India’s Active caseload stands at 3 lakh one thousand 9 hundred 89 and it is lowest in 186 days. Active cases account for less than one per cent of total cases. It is currently at 0.90 per cent and lowest since March last year.
The Ministry said, recovery rate currently at 97.77 per cent and it is highest since March last year. Over 34 thousand people recovered in the last 24 hours . Till now, over 3 crore 27 lakh people have recovered from Covid-19. The weekly Positivity Rate is 2.08 per cent and it is less than 3 per cent for the last 89 days. Daily positivity rate is at 1.69 per cent and it is less than 3 per cent for the last 23 days.
The Health Ministry said, over 55.67 crore tests have been conducted so far. Over 15 lakh 92 thousand tests were conducted yesterday.
