More than 189 crore 23 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Health Ministry said, more than four lakh doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, three thousand 157 new cases were reported in the country.
India’s Active caseload currently stands at 19 thousand 500 and it is at 0.05 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.74 percent. A total of 2 thousand 723 people have recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over four crore 25 lakh and 38 thousand.
The Ministry said the Weekly positivity rate stands at 0.70 percent and the Daily positivity rate is at 1.07 percent. A total of 83 crore 82 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than two lakh 95 thousand tests were conducted.
