The crash left the bus severely damaged and triggered an immediate rescue operation. Locals, police personnel and emergency workers reached the spot and began efforts to pull passengers from the overturned vehicle.

Visuals from the accident site showed the bus lying on its side along the mountain road, with rescue teams and local residents surrounding the vehicle.

Heavy machinery, including excavators, was brought in to assist with the rescue operation and clear the area around the damaged bus.
