The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather forecast of Maharashtra and it is expected that there will be heavy to very heavy rainfall in Raigad, Mumbai, Thane and Palghar area.
For the first few days there will be thunderstorms and after that heavy rainfall in isolated areas of some districts.
