BJP on Wednesday criticized Arvind Kejriwal for his tweet in which Delhi Chief Minister had talked about the so-called new Covid variant related in Singapore.
Party spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia accused Mr. Kejriwal of creating confusion and panic. While citing External Affairs Minister, Dr S Jaishankar’s remarks in which he termed the Chief Minister’s comments as irresponsible, Mr. Bhatia alleged that Mr. Kejriwal is doing petty politics. He also said the Chief Minister’s aim is to create so much outrage so that no one can question him.
On his demand to prioritize vaccine rollout plans for children, the BJP spokesperson said their future and lives are the government’s priority and it is taking the best steps that can be taken in consultation with scientists.
