Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has written a letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in connection with Corona pandemic.
In his letter Dr Singh has said that the key to our fight against COVID19 must be ramping up the vaccination effort. He said one must not look at absolute numbers but the total percentage of population vaccinated.
Dr Singh said, at this moment of public health emergency, the Central Government must proactively support vaccine producers to expand their manufacturing facilities by providing funds and other concessions.
