Union Home Ministry has rejected media reports based on a fake notice claiming that a COVID-19 monitoring Committee has been formed. Home Ministry has informed that such a committee has not been set up and also urged citizens to remain vigilant about fake news and rumours.
The fake notice claimed that a 25 member COVID monitoring committee has been formed to redress COVID related grievances.
