Mumbai :The Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has launched two new executive education programmes aimed at preparing senior professionals for AI-led business transformation. The programmes—Executive Certificate Program on Digital Transformation & AI and Executive Certificate Program in Strategic Sales and AI-Driven Marketing—are offered in partnership with TeamLease EdTech Ltd.
Designed for experienced professionals and senior managers, the programmes focus on helping leaders navigate technology-driven change, market disruption, and evolving customer expectations.
Both certificates follow a hybrid learning format, combining weekend live online sessions, on-campus immersion modules, and a capstone project. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to AI applications, data-driven strategy, Industry 4.0 frameworks, digital value creation, advanced sales strategy, and AI-enabled marketing decision-making.
The Digital Transformation & AI programme focuses on enterprise-wide transformation, business model innovation, operational excellence, and leadership in a digital economy. The Strategic Sales and AI-Driven Marketing programme equips participants to drive revenue growth, optimize go-to-market strategies, enhance sales effectiveness, and build data-led marketing organizations.
Participants will engage with IIM Mumbai faculty, industry practitioners, and peer professionals from diverse sectors, fostering practical learning and strong professional networks.

Program coordinators Prof. Purnima S. Sangle, Prof. Rofin T M, and Dr. Jasashwi Mandal said the certificates are designed to equip leaders with the strategic mindset, applied skills, and frameworks required to harness AI and drive sustainable growth.
The programmes are targeted at senior managers, consultants, business leaders, sales and marketing professionals, technology leaders, and entrepreneurs. Participants completing the programme will receive Executive Alumni status at IIM Mumbai.
