New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced financial assistance for the victims of a tragic road accident in Telangana’s Rangareddy district. An ex-gratia of ₹2 lakh each will be provided to the next of kin of those who lost their lives, while ₹50,000 will be given to the injured from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF).
Expressing grief over the incident, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) shared a message on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “The loss of lives due to a mishap in the Rangareddy district of Telangana is deeply saddening.
