Patna: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Thursday unveiled its joint manifesto — the ‘Sankalp Patra’ — for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, outlining a vision focused on employment, development, and disaster resilience.

The manifesto was released in Patna by Union Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Union Minister and LJP (Ram Vilas) Chief Chirag Paswan, along with leaders of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and Rashtriya Lok Morcha.

In a major announcement, the NDA promised to generate one crore government jobs for the state’s youth. The alliance also pledged to make Bihar flood-free, addressing one of the state’s most persistent natural challenges.

Speaking at the event, JP Nadda described the Sankalp Patra as “the collective vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to build a self-reliant, developed Bihar.” He added that the manifesto represents the alliance’s “commitment to deliver results, not just promises.”
