Indian Army organises Iftaar with students residing in Gujjar Bakkarwal Hostel at Kupwara

Srinagar: Indian Army in its endeavour to connect with local populace, organised Iftaar Dinner for youth of Kupwara who are living away from their homes at Gujjar Bakkarwal Hostel, setting a strong example of communal harmony and connection between Awam (people) and Jawan.

The Islamic holy month of Ramadan is a time for people all over the world to renew their focus and devotion towards their beliefs and its practical application in daily life. 

The Indian Army in a small gesture joined in the holy celebration and extended warm wishes to 100 children and hostel staff of Gujjar Bakkarwal hostel and offered prayers before sitting down to savour the meal.
