Participation of 25,000 Janajati Delegates in Janajati Confluence from 6th to 10th February

In the ongoing Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, a splendid gathering of Janajati communities is being organized by Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram (ABVKA) from 6th to 10th February 2025. Approximately 25,000 Janajati delegates from across the country will participate in this historic event and pledge to protect their religion, culture, and traditions.

ABVKA has been engaged in various service-oriented activities and programs in the Janajati areas, working tirelessly for the preservation of ancient values, customs, culture, and traditions of over 12 crore Janajati people across India. Over the past few years, ABVKA has made continuous efforts to ensure the active participation of Janajati communities in Kumbh festivals held across the country, empowering them to take pride in their ancient customs and culture. Janajati communities have previously participated in large numbers in Kumbh festivals held in Nashik, Ujjain, and Prayagraj.

This year, as part of the ongoing historical Mahakumbh in Prayagraj, ABVKA has organized a grand Janajati gathering from 6th to 10th February 2025. During these days, over 25,000 Janajati delegates from across India will come together to reaffirm their commitment to preserving their customs, culture, faith, and traditions.

A key feature of the Maha Kumbh will be the Yuva Kumbh on 6th and 7th February 2025, with more than 10,000 Janajati youths from across the country participating in this grand cultural celebration. 20 talented Janajati youths will also be honored during this event.

On 7th February, a grand procession in traditional costumes and dances has been organized, with Janajati brothers and sisters from all parts of the country participating in a ceremonial bath in the Maha Kumbh. Around 150 dance troupes representing various Janajati communities will present traditional dance and music, symbolizing the message of “Tu – Main Ek Rakta” (We are one blood) to the world. These cultural programs will be held across four different platforms on 7th, 8th, and 9th February.

On 10th February, a Conference of Saints and revered personalities will be organized, where respected figures from Janajati communities will present their views on customs, culture, faith, and tradition. Prominent saints like Mahamandaleshwar Yatindranand Giri ji Maharaj, Swami Avadheshanand Giri ji, and Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Raghunath Maharaj (Farshiwale Baba) will inspire and lead the gathering.

This year marks the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a youth icon and national idol. All karyakartas of Seva Samarpan Sansthan, affiliated with Akhil Bharatiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, have committed to making this Kumbh a magnificent celebration and are working tirelessly for its success.
