He emphasized that these new laws will not only reflect the essence of “Indianness” but will also safeguard the rights of every citizen in alignment with the principles of the Constitution of India.
With Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s focus on reducing the backlog of cases in the courts, Amit Shah expressed confidence that the nation is poised to enhance transparency and expedite the criminal justice system. This transformation will be achieved through the implementation of the Police Technology Mission, the introduction of the three groundbreaking laws, and the establishment of an Interoperable Criminal Justice System.
