Inspired by the Legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Project Comes Up at Dombivli

Mumbai: Marking the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji MaharajBhagwati Group and Haware Properties jointly announced the launch of ‘Swarajya’, a culturally themed residential project in Dombivli, near Mumbai. The Guardians Real Estate Advisory has been appointed as the exclusive marketing and sales partner for the project.

Positioned under the MyFirst Home category, the launch follows the brand’s successful projects at Shil Phata and Kalyan, where more than 3,000 families have already purchased homes. ‘Swarajya’ marks the third edition of the MyFirst Home platform, extending its focus on aspirational yet accessible homeownership to first-time buyers in Dombivli.

With Nick Shinde’s on-screen presence, a 110-member production crew, and over 4.5 million organic views within 24 hours, the song has quickly emerged as a state-wide sensation.
