  1. Visit https://bharatkosh.gov.in//.
  2. Click on “Unregistered User.”
  3. Under the Depositors category, select the “Individual” option.
  4. Click on the search icon in Purpose and select “Health & Family Welfare.”
  5. Select “Pensioner” under Pensioner type and click on “Search.”
  6. Choose “Receipt from Pensioner” and select “021721 PAO (LHMC & Hospital) New Delhi.”
  7. Fill in the requested information and proceed.
  8. Obtain your health card online or opt for home delivery.
