During checking the Police party&nbsp;intercepted one person namely Tanzeer Ahmad Najar S\/O Mohammed Sayeed Najar R\/O Sudhpora who was moving around in a very suspicious manner. During the search of the said person 4 Kgs of Heroin has been recovered from his possession and he has been arrested and taken into Police custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A case FIR No. 94\/21 U\/S 8\/21, NDPS act has been registered in Police Station Karnah against the accused person and investigation has been taken up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People in general and particularly people of Karnah Kupwara have hailed the efforts of Kupwara police&nbsp;in curbing the menace of drugs in the area.
