For this, a social movement needs to be created by generating awareness. It has to be supported by the law. Unlike before, girls \/ women are now coming forward to lodge complaints about human trafficking and abuse\u201d, remarked Fadnavis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also informed about initiatives like \u2018Operation Muskan\u2019 and \u2018Bharosa Cell\u2019 being implemented in the state for the last few years.&nbsp;\u201cAlso, Government of India (GoI) has started Shakti Sadan &#8211; shelters for the rehabilitation of the victims freed from trafficking.&nbsp;In the recently presented state budget, the Maharashtra government has approved the establishment of 50 Shakti Sadans in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He further said, State government&#8217;s priority is to curb human trafficking.
