The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the Combined Civil Service Examination (CSE) for the year 2024, revealing the names of successful candidates who will join various prestigious services across the country. According to the released list, a total of 180 candidates have been selected for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 37 for the Indian Police Service (IPS), 200 for the Indian Foreign Service (IFS), 613 for Central Services Group ‘A’, and 113 for Group ‘B’ Services.

Among the top achievers, Aditya Srivastava secured the coveted All India Rank (AIR) 1, followed closely by Animesh Pradhan and Donunu Ananya Reddy.

The announcement of the final result by the UPSC comes after the conclusion of interviews for the IAS exam. The results were made public on April 16, marking a significant milestone for the successful candidates who have demonstrated exceptional abilities and knowledge.

This year’s selection process has seen 1016 recommended applicants out of the reported 1105 vacancies. These successful candidates will undergo further training before assuming their roles in various governmental departments.
