Subscription Terms

TheNews21 offers subscription-based access to selected content, analysis, and editorial features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Subscription Access
    A subscription grants the subscriber personal, non-transferable access to subscriber-only content on TheNews21 for the duration of the subscription period.
  2. Eligibility
    Subscriptions are available only to individuals aged 18 years or above. By subscribing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  3. Payment & Billing
    • Subscription fees are displayed clearly at the time of purchase.
    • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
    • Kalpak Digital Media LLP does not store full payment card or banking details.
  4. Subscription Period & Renewal
    • Subscriptions are valid for the period selected at the time of purchase (monthly, quarterly, annual, or as specified).
    • If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  5. Account Responsibility
    Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing of accounts or unauthorised access may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.
  6. Changes to Subscription Plans
    TheNews21 reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or plans. Any material changes will be communicated in advance and will apply prospectively.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations
    Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us at editor@thenews21.com. Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not affect access already granted for the current billing period.
  2. Refunds
    • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:
      • duplicate or erroneous charges,
      • technical failure that prevents access to subscriber content for a substantial period.
    • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  3. Discretionary Review
    Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TheNews21’s decision on refunds shall be final.
  4. Service Continuity
    Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds.
