Temple trust secretary Champat Rai, expressing confidence in the preparations, stated that the ‘pran pratishtha’ is expected to conclude by 1 pm on January 22. Post-ceremony, the Prime Minister and other attendees will share their thoughts. As per tradition, gifts in 1000 baskets have arrived from Nepal’s Janakpur and areas of Mithila. Notably, darshan will remain closed to the public on January 20 and 21.

Rai highlighted that the idol of Ram Lalla, crafted by Mysore-based sculptor Arun Yogiraj, would weigh between 150 kg to 200 kg. This stone sculpture of a five-year-old Ram Lalla will find its permanent abode at the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, symbolizing the culmination of years of devotion and effort towards the realization of this monumental project.
